# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The way sweet peaches and salty feta play off each other will make you wonder why you ever settled for ordinary salads
  • It comes together in literally fifteen minutes but looks like something from a restaurant menu
02 -
  • I learned the hard way that peaches release a lot of liquid once dressed, so this salad really does need to be served immediately
  • Room temperature peaches have so much more flavor than cold ones from the fridge, let them sit out for an hour before slicing
03 -
  • Use the lightest touch when tossing everything together, aggressive mixing will bruise the blueberries and turn your salad purple
  • Toast your nuts in a dry pan for just a couple of minutes until fragrant, it deepens their flavor dramatically
